If you’d like to find out about owning a holiday home at Waterside just pop in to see our sales advisors, who will show you around our new and pre-owned holiday homes, provide plenty of information to take away and answer any questions.

It’s definitely worth the stroll over the road to the waterfront whether you fancy a relaxed drink at the bar or a fun-filled night of live shows, music, comedy, cabaret and dancing.

Indoor Fun Pool and Leisure Complex

Our five star facilities couldn’t be any better. There’s a fabulous indoor swimming pool, spa pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna and steam room.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
Open daily from May to September
Take the plunge into the heated pool or chill out on the rooftop sun terrace, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. Poolside drinks and food are available from Waves Bar and the Diner.
Waterside Spa
Open daily from 9am
The sensational Spa Experience is home to the hydrotherapy pool, monsoon and rainforest experience showers, sauna and steam rooms and treatment rooms. Charges apply.
Waves
Open daily 10am - 11pm
Waves Bar is open throughout the day. The Diner serves a five star breakfast as well as snacks and freshly made pizzas at lunchtime and in the evening.
Boomers Fun House

On most days and evenings, Boomer the Roo hosts the children’s entertainment of fun, games and parties.
Mini Market

All your self-catering needs satisfied in one place. It’s well stocked with all the holiday essentials including sunscreen, buckets and spades, sweets, and remedies to help you get over the night before!

Irons are available from Reception. A £10 refundable deposit is required.

Waterside Bus Service
Daily service 9am – 7pm
Going into Weymouth? Avoid the hassle and parking problems with Waterside’s own single-decker buses. There’s a regular service throughout the day, to and from Weymouth seafront.
Horse Riding
Great fun for all the family! Hillside Riding Stables, situated close to the Park, offers 1/2 hour pony rides, 1 hour hacks, longer rides for experienced riders. Evening and pub rides by arrangement. Bookings advisable 07765 001138 or 013005 834067 (evenings).
